The distributor serves the manufacturer with the support of a branch in Pará and two in Maranhão
The manufacturer LiuGong expanded its equipment portfolio in Brazil with the launch of the 848T wheel loader. The launch coincided with the inauguration of the headquarters of the distributor Tracsul Equipamentos, held on June 27. The new structure, located in Ananindeua (PA), reinforces the work carried out by the units of Xinguara (PA), Imperatriz (MA) and São Luís (MA).
Tracsul Equipamentos began its operation in 2013, with the leasing of heavy machinery in São Félix do Xingu (PA). In 2015, the company started providing parts and maintenance services for heavy equipment in other states of Brazil. Investments continued to accompany the company’s growth, until, in 2019, partners Fabio Freitas and Davy Xavier decided to work with the sale of equipment, and LiuGong was one of the partner brands in this new stage.
“The new partnerships have been decisive for our success in the commercialization of machines. As we already offered field service to other rental companies and to customers who had their own equipment, we had all the resources to provide this service when we became LiuGong distributors”, recall the partners, Fábio Freitas and Davy Xavier.
They add that, since its founding, the company had an administrative office to manage the three units. To meet the growth plan for the coming years, the partners decided to structure a headquarters in Ananindeua (PA), in an area of 8 thousand m². The new space, as well as the branches, has a stock of parts, a specialized technical team, field service vehicles and its own workshops.
LiuGong’s product manager, Diego Zolezi, emphasizes the importance of the partnership with Tracsul. “We chose to launch the 848T together with the inauguration of the headquarters to honor the expansion of our partner and provide event attendees with the opportunity to check out the novelty up close,” explained Zolezi. He adds that the 838T, the first wheel loader in the T series, was presented at the M&T Expo, held in São Paulo, in April.
“In Brazil, the launch of the 848T expands the line of wheel loaders with greater operating weight, power and load capacity,” says Zolezi. Among the 848T’s differentials are the Cummins QSB7 engine and the ZF automatic transmission.
The 848T is equipped with an electro-hydraulic joystick for increased sensitivity during operation. The fully hydraulic disc brake system is oil-bathed, reducing wear and heating hazards during operation. For the operator, the T line has a ROPS (Roll-Over Protective Structure) and FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) certified cab, as well as air conditioning with hot and cold temperature control.
During the inauguration of Tracsul’s headquarters, the participants of the event also had the opportunity to get to know the 856H-E electric loader. This model is equipped with a lithium battery pack manufactured by Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL), Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP – Lithium Iron Phosphate), which provides 350 kWh of energy storage and fast recharging in just 1.5 hours, depending on the conditions of the electrical installation, in addition to enabling up to 10 hours of work. The 856H-E wheel loader has an operating weight of 19,971 kg and a 3.5 m³ bucket, with a load capacity of up to 5,800 kg.
