The competition took place in the city of Liuzhou in China and lasted 2 days. 1 day for evaluation of the assembly and disassembly of the Cummins engine and ZF Transmission and another day for resolving equipment failures
LiuGong Global held at its headquarters in Liuzhou, China, on the 27th and 28th of November the “LiuGong 2023 Global Dealer Conference” which had almost a thousand participants, including seven hundred distributor representatives from more than one hundred countries around the world, which had as its main objectives, in addition to strengthening internal ties, global partnerships and instigating integration between representatives, it also took place through the celebration of 65 years, where discussions took place about the past and the entire trajectory and looking at the future with a strategic vision, powerful and optimistic.
Simultaneously with lectures, launches, presentations, dinners and meetings that were taking place during the event, two teams from LiuGong Latin America participated in a competition called: “Technical Skills Championship”. The dispute took place in the city of Liuzhou in China and lasted 2 days.
The first day (11/22/2023) consisted of assembly and disassembly tests for the Cummins engine and ZF Transmission. The second day (11/23/2023) was about resolving faults in LiuGong equipment (motor grader, rigid truck, loader, excavator, crawler tractor, mini loader and mini excavator, backhoe), in addition to equipment inspection and delivery product technique.
Team A from LiuGong Latin America that took 1st place was composed by Diego Heitor (LGLA), João Vitor (distributor Sarandi Tratores, from Brazil) and Juanito Alvarez Artega (distributor Viaggio, from Bolivia).
Team B from LiuGong Latin America, which came in 2nd place, was composed by Guilherme Augusto Magalhães Carvalho (Client Portex, from Brazil), Wellington Braga (LGLA) and Johnny Jack (Client Ferlig, from Brazil).
The championship featured teams from different countries around the world such as Indonesia, Russia, South Africa, Thailand and Brazil.
Recognition of this magnitude for our team is extremely important as it proves the operational excellence of our operators and generates an excellent reputation gain with the headquarters and other branches.
