Jaboatão dos Guararapes (PE), May 14, 2025 – Damaq Equipamentos, distributor of LiuGong equipment in the states of Sergipe, Alagoas, Pernambuco, Rio Grande do Norte, Paraíba, and Piauí, has inaugurated its new headquarters. The facility brings together a showroom, parts warehouse, workshop, and technical training center, expanding its service capacity for customers in the construction, mining, and infrastructure sectors throughout much of the Northeast region.
For the manufacturer, the distributor’s new headquarters reinforces LiuGong’s commitment to the Brazilian market. “The Northeast is essential to LiuGong’s strategy in Latin America. Damaq shares our vision of putting the customer at the center, providing reliable solutions with the lowest total cost of ownership,” emphasized Hebert Francisco, Vice President of LiuGong in Brazil, during the inauguration of the new facility.
On the occasion, Damaq’s guests had the opportunity to get to know LiuGong machines, which are equipped with globally recognized components, such as Cummins engines, ZF or Kawasaki transmissions, and Rexroth hydraulic components, among others. Currently, LiuGong offers a wide portfolio of products and solutions aimed at the Construction, Industry, Mining, Agriculture, Material Handling, and Aerial Work Platforms segments. By the end of 2025, the company plans to launch more than one hundred new products, including a complete line of Paving Equipment and Crane Trucks.
This presentation is important as it demonstrates LiuGong’s commitment to using high-quality and reliable components in its equipment, which is a significant differentiator in the heavy machinery market. “The new facilities accommodate a larger showroom and allow us to offer even faster after-sales response and immediate equipment availability,” said Danilo Freire, CEO of Damaq.
