M&T Expo

New mining solutions will be the company’s highlight at the M&T Expo in São Paulo, SP.

DW90A Mining Truck
Ideal solution for transporting different types of materials, it has a high-performance engine of 520 HP, operating weight of 31 t, payload of 59 t and Allison automatic transmission of 7 speeds to achieve maximum efficiency without compromising operator comfort.

LD20D Bulldozer
Developed to overcome challenging environments, it has a Cummins engine with 207 HP, an operating weight of 23.5 t, a 4.5 m³ V.P.A.T front blade and a 3-tooth rear ripper, offering versatility for work in all ground conditions.

870H MAX Wheel Loader
Model already recognized in the market, now launched with greater operating weight, improved load capacity and 4.5 m³ bucket. The 870H MAX is equipped with a state-ofthe-art Cummins engine with 255 HP and ZF Basic Power transmission, which offers maximum efficiency, low fuel consumption and operator comfort.

Technology and innovation
856H-E Electric Wheel Loader
LiuGong, a pioneer among Chinese construction equipment manufacturers, recognized the potential of battery-electric equipment in the industry early on. The 856H-E is the first equipment in a family of electrified solutions that the company brings to the Brazilian market, with the commitment to offer green solutions with quality, intelligence and performance. Powered by an LFP-type CATL battery, it provides 350 kWh of energy storage and fast recharge in just 1 hour and 30 minutes, enabling up to 7 hours of operation. The 856H-E has an operating weight of 19,971 kg and a 3.5 m³ bucket with a load capacity of up to 5,800 kg. Its 160 kW traction motor propels the machine with speeds of up to 40 km/h forward and up to 13 km/h reverse, in addition to the variable displacement hydraulic system that offers a breakout force of 162 kN. In addition, it has a fully hydraulic service brake system and an independent parking brake, offering full control and safety in all operating conditions.

New T Series Wheel Loaders
With improved engineering and state-of-the-art technologies, the T-Series loaders are designed to exceed expectations. This new generation represents a significant advance in technology and performance, supplanting the successful H Series. The T
Series brings equipment with greater operating weight, power and optimized load capacities, with emphasis on the 838T that replaces the proven 835H. Equipped with a Cummins engine, the 838T brings innovation with the ZF load-sensitive automatic
transmission of 4 forward and 3 reverse gears, featuring variable displacement piston pump hydraulics for better work efficiency. The machine also comes equipped with a Limited Slip axle, 20.5×25 tires for better traction, and fully hydraulic plated disc brakes
for greater control during operation. The bucket has been increased to 2.3 m³ and can handle loads of up to 3,800 kg.

LiuGong reinforces its commitment to technical excellence by successfully carrying out the advanced BTT INSITE CUMMINS training, taught by Diego Heitor Rodrigues, the Company’s Senior Training Analyst.

LiuGong Latin America promoted the BTT INSITE CUMMINS advanced training, between February 5th and 9th, 2024, at its Training Center in Mogi Guaçu (SP). The event was attended by LiuGong distributors from all over Brazil and was led by Diego Heitor Rodrigues, a professional with more than 10 years of experience in construction and agricultural equipment.

The classes, consisting of theoretical and practical sessions, covered advanced topics such as advanced electrical, testing of electrical components, fault diagnosis in Cummins engines and introduction to the INSITE tool for fault diagnosis. This advanced training is part of LiuGong Latin America’s ongoing commitment to empowering its distributors’ technicians, providing them with the necessary skills to perform accurate diagnostics on Cummins engines, which equip LiuGong machines.

This dynamic aimed to contribute to the delivery of high quality solutions to LiuGong’s customers, being extremely important for the company and its distributors, precisely because it offers specialized technical support, ensuring the full functioning of LiuGong equipment in the field. Diego Heitor Rodrigues emphasized the relevance of advanced training: “Our objective is to train technicians so that they can participate in the next training sessions in LiuGong’s Cummins training program. We are investing in the continued development of our partners to ensure the long-term success of our customers.” Compared to the previous month’s intermediate training, this training covered topics specific to Cummins engines, providing more in-depth preparation for technicians to face challenges in the field.

LiuGong Latin America carries out training given by Diego Heitor Rodrigues, the Company’s Senior Training Analyst, in order to strengthen distributors and make them even more capable of offering the best solutions to customers.

LiuGong Latin America carried out, at the training center in Mogi Guaçu, from 01/22 to 01/26, 2024, the Intermediate Service Level Training. The training was attended by distributors from all over Brazil, through theoretical and practical classes taught by Diego Heitor Rodrigues, a Mechatronics Technician with more than 10 years of experience in construction and agricultural equipment.

Among the content covered in the training, some topics stand out, such as Interpretation of Electrical Diagrams, Interpretation of Hydraulic Diagrams, Hydraulic Components, Engine Fundamentals, Transmission Fundamentals and Axle Fundamentals.

The training has three different levels (basic, intermediate and advanced), carried out in two periods throughout the year, and aims to train distributor technicians to carry out periodic and corrective maintenance on LiuGong equipment. This results in distributors capable of offering the best solutions to LiuGong customers.

With the completion of intermediate training, made up of distributors who had already passed the previously completed basic training, the long-term objective is to continue training them so that they can be able to participate in advanced level training. Therefore, we will continue the LiuGong Latin America training program, in which the goals that need to be achieved by them each semester are presented.

Intermediate Service Training reflects LiuGong’s commitment not only to the technical excellence of its distributor network, but also to the end customer experience. In this way, we establish the foundations for a more efficient and reliable future for all our partners and customers, in addition to building lasting and successful relationships.

Consolidating itself as one of the biggest winners of the night, LGLA’s Argentine distributor wins eleven different awards, including “Best regional distributor”

LiuGong Global held at its headquarters in Liuzhou, China, on the 27^th and 28^th of November the “2023 LiuGong Global Dealer Conference” which had almost a thousand participants, including seven hundred distributor representatives from more than one hundred countries around the world, which had as its main objectives, in addition to strengthening internal ties, global partnerships and instigating integration between representatives, it also took place through the celebration of 65 years, where discussions took place about the past and the entire trajectory and looking at the future with a strategic vision, powerful and optimistic.

LiuGong Latin America was present with its main representatives, including employees, distributors and customers, who enjoyed excellent days and unforgettable experiences provided by the company. During the week of stay in Liuzhou, Changzhou and Shanghai, they were able to experience the culture, customs and receptivity of the Chinese people and the headquarters that was responsible for holding the event. The competition took place in the city of Liuzhou in China and lasted 2 days. 1 day for evaluation of the assembly and disassembly of the Cummins engine and ZF Transmission and another day for resolving equipment failures

LiuGong Global held at its headquarters in Liuzhou, China, on the 27^th and 28^th of November the “LiuGong 2023 Global Dealer Conference” which had almost a thousand participants, including seven hundred distributor representatives from more than one hundred countries around the world, which had as its main objectives, in addition to strengthening internal ties, global partnerships and instigating integration between representatives, it also took place through the celebration of 65 years, where discussions took place about the past and the entire trajectory and looking at the future with a strategic vision, powerful and optimistic.

Simultaneously with lectures, launches, presentations, dinners and meetings that were taking place during the event, two teams from LiuGong Latin America participated in a competition called: “Technical Skills Championship”. The dispute took place in the city of Liuzhou in China and lasted 2 days.

The first day (11/22/2023) consisted of assembly and disassembly tests for the Cummins engine and ZF Transmission. The second day (11/23/2023) was about resolving faults in LiuGong equipment (motor grader, rigid truck, loader, excavator, crawler tractor, mini loader and mini excavator, backhoe), in addition to equipment inspection and delivery product technique.

Team A from LiuGong Latin America that took 1st place was composed by Diego Heitor (LGLA), João Vitor (distributor Sarandi Tratores, from Brazil) and Juanito Alvarez Artega (distributor Viaggio, from Bolivia).

Team B from LiuGong Latin America, which came in 2^nd place, was composed by Guilherme Augusto Magalhães Carvalho (Client Portex, from Brazil), Wellington Braga (LGLA) and Johnny Jack (Client Ferlig, from Brazil).

The championship featured teams from different countries around the world such as Indonesia, Russia, South Africa, Thailand and Brazil. 

Recognition of this magnitude for our team is extremely important as it proves the operational excellence of our operators and generates an excellent reputation gain with the headquarters and other branches.

Driver Arthur Gama, born in Porto Alegre state in Brazil and sponsored by LiuGong, ended his first year in the PRO category of the NASCAR Brasil Sprint Race with impressive results, consolidating himself as one of the most promising talents in Brazilian motorsport.

In the last stage of the championship, held in Interlagos on December 8^th and 9^th, Arthur Gama demonstrated his skill in the two races held on 9^th and achieved second position in the PRO category and third position overall in both events. These results guaranteed Arthur a significant recovery in the championship, reaching third place in the PRO category at the end of the season.

It is worth mentioning that this was Arthur’s first year in the PRO category, where his notable debut included a victory in the category’s first race in Goiânia/GO, in March this year. Furthermore, Arthur won the Tarumã/RS stage and was on the podium in the Interlagos/SP, Cascavel/PR, and again in Tarumã/RS stages.

Liuzhou, China, November 27-28, 2023

LiuGong Global held at its headquarters in Liuzhou, China, on the 27^th and 28^th of November the “2023 LiuGong Global Dealer Conference” which had almost a thousand participants, including seven hundred distributor representatives from more than one hundred countries around the world, which had as its main objectives, in addition to strengthening internal ties, global partnerships and instigating integration between representatives, it also took place through the celebration of 65 years, where discussions took place about the past and the entire trajectory and looking at the future with a strategic vision, powerful and optimistic.

During the event, more than fifty new products were presented (including excavators, excavators, sugar cane harvesters, tractors, aerial platforms, etc.) and 162 machines covering 16 product lines, demonstrations and test drives, among other strategic activities.

LiuGong Latin America was present with its main representatives, including employees, distributors and customers, who enjoyed excellent days and unforgettable experiences provided by the company. During the week of stay in Liuzhou, Changzhou and Shanghai, they were able to experience the culture, customs and receptivity of the Chinese people and the headquarters that was responsible for holding the event. There were ceremonies, dinners, tours and great strategic interactions to strengthen LiuGong in the global market.

As LiuGong celebrates its 65th anniversary, its subsidiary, LiuGong Latin America, also gained prominence on the occasion in a special ceremony to celebrate the signing of orders with important clients in Brazil. The ceremony was attended by Luo Guobing, Vice President of LiuGong’ s Global Division, as well as Linjun Wang, President of LiuGong Latin America, Xiang Li, Senior Director Overseas at LiuGong, Li Kailiang, Senior Director of LiuGong and Hebert Francisco, Director of Operations and Strategy at LiuGong in Brazil. Brazilian distributors and strategic customers from different regions of the country also participated in the event, highlighting the importance of this partnership. The signing of the orders represents the strengthening of lasting partnerships, with the aim of continually seeking innovation and robust and reliable solutions to drive progress in important sectors in Brazil.

It is extremely important to highlight two great achievements achieved by Latin America during the event. Introducing the first of them, Priori, one of the most regionally relevant Brazilian distributors won one of the main awards for distributors of the night, Best Regional Distributor. The award was received with great prestige and celebration by Neuri Bertinatto, President of Priori, who attended and was able to experience the entire event. 

Secondly, but not least, the final stage of the global technical skills championship took place, where first and second place were taken by teams from LiuGong Latin America. Representatives from several LiuGong subsidiaries around the world participated in this championship.
