LiuGong Expands Financing Options to Support Customers in Brazil

The strategy combines flexibility and accessibility for fleet renewal and expansion

Campinas, August 4, 2025 – In a challenging economic scenario, with tighter credit and high interest rates, the strategic partnership between LiuGong and its main financial partners — such as Ancora Consórcios, Grupo Sifra, Petram Brasil Financial, and Grenke — has been essential in offering flexible and accessible solutions to customers.

“We know that each customer faces unique needs and challenges. That is why we have brought these partners together to provide tailored financial alternatives that enable access to our high-performance equipment and support sustainable business growth,” highlights LiuGong’s Credit & Financing Manager, Luciana Lucas.

The strategic partnership between LiuGong and its financial partners provides a diverse range of solutions. In addition to the traditional consortium, LiuGong offers two exclusive options: the Plano Fácil 70% and the Plano Meia Parcela. In the Plano Fácil, the customer pays only 70% of the installment until the draw/approval, while in the Plano Meia Parcela, the monthly installment is reduced by half until the draw/approval.

Luciana Lucas emphasizes that, in the context of high interest rates and successive increases in the Selic rate, the consortium has proven to be an excellent option for acquiring machinery. By not charging interest, this modality represents an economical and smart solution for rental companies and businesses of all sizes, allowing them to plan their growth and invest more efficiently.

LiuGong Distributor Hosts Open House in Chapecó (SC)

Company leadership and local customers attend the event marking the launch of the wheel loader

LiuGong, a global manufacturer of equipment for construction, agribusiness, industry, and mining, made its presence felt in western Santa Catarina with an open house event organized by MPM Tratores, the brand’s distributor in the Chapecó region. Held on September 3rd, the event brought together customers, partners, and key LiuGong executives, including Global Vice President Mr. Li Dongchun; President of the Latin America subsidiary, LinJun Wang; Vice President of LiuGong Brazil, Hebert Francisco; Senior Marketing and Product Manager, Diego Zolezi; and Senior New Business Manager, Wilson Soler — reinforcing the brand’s strong partnership with the regional market.

The highlight of the event was the regional launch of the LiuGong 870HE electric wheel loader, designed to deliver high performance with zero emissions. The model reinforces LiuGong’s commitment to innovation and the electrification of its equipment lineup, while maintaining the robustness the brand is known for. In addition to the 870HE, several other LiuGong machines were on display, including hydraulic excavators, backhoe loaders, skid steer loaders, mini excavators, compact rollers, motor graders, and forklifts — allowing guests to explore the full range of solutions the manufacturer offers for various applications.

According to MPM’s CEO, Patrick Motta, events like this reinforce LiuGong’s strategy of staying increasingly close to its customers. “Chapecó is a strategic hub for the construction and agribusiness sectors, and our presence here highlights our commitment to delivering solutions aligned with market needs,” said Motta. The open house took place in Chapecó, a city located next to MPM’s branch in Cordilheira Alta, which features a fully equipped showroom, service workshop, and original parts inventory — ensuring agility and efficiency in customer service. The event also provided an opportunity for attendees to experience firsthand the level of support LiuGong’s distributor offers in the region.

In the assessment of LiuGong Latin America’s Vice President, Hebert Francisco, the launch of the 870HE represents another step forward for the company in the country. “We are expanding our presence throughout the national territory with technology, innovation, and the support of a solid distributor network. The new wheel loader embodies the values that are in LiuGong’s DNA and that we deliver to our customers,” said Hebert.

The open house was also an opportunity to highlight the importance of the partnership with MPM Tratores. Founded in 2005 in Rio Grande do Sul, the company began its operations by meeting the demand for specialized maintenance and spare parts for heavy machinery. Today, with almost 20 years of history, it serves more than 240 municipalities, offering comprehensive solutions with quality, agility, and reliability. In 2024, it expanded its operations to Santa Catarina with a modern branch in Cordilheira Alta, strengthening its presence and commitment to the region..

MPM’s credibility is supported by the experience and tradition of leaders with decades of work in major global brands, solid expertise in business management, and deep knowledge of the construction and paving sector. With this trajectory, MPM Tratores has established itself as a reliable, innovative partner, prepared to build long-term relationships.

“This Open House event is very important, as it demonstrates LiuGong’s commitment to our customers, recognizing the potential of the region and supporting MPM’s local development,” concluded Hebert.

LiuGong expands its presence in Brazil and announces the portfolio expansion in the paving market

Manufacturer launches paving line with five new products at the trade show, strengthening its expansion strategy in Brazil

Campinas (SP), September 2025 – LiuGong announces its expansion into the paving market, a strategic move that marks another step in the manufacturer’s growth in Brazil. The company is expanding its portfolio in the segment with five new products, ranging from soil compaction to asphalt application and fmaintenance, all designed to deliver high productivity, energy efficiency, ergonomics, and advanced onboard technology.

According to Luís Fernando Godinho, LiuGong’s Paving Product Manager, the decision to expand its presence in this sector responds to the enormous potential of Brazil’s road network, which still has 78.5% of unpaved roads, based on 2024 data from the National Transport Confederation (CNT). ‘We are initially introducing machines capable of meeting around 70% of the market’s needs, while also making strong investments in after-sales support and distributor network training. Our goal is to provide efficient equipment to accelerate the development of Brazil’s infrastructure,’ explains Godinho.

Among the highlights is the 6620E soil compactor, weighing between 20 and 21.6 tons, capable of replacing two 11–12-ton rollers with double the productivity and significant fuel savings. Following that, the 506E asphalt paver comes equipped with a screed ranging from 2 to 6 meters, electric heating, a tamper for pre-compaction, and iLink telematics, combining versatility for use both on highways and in urban areas with low fuel consumption. The line is completed by the 6210E tandem vibratory roller, 9.5 tons, featuring vibration and traction on both drums with advanced ergonomics; the 6526E pneumatic roller, which comes from the factory with 27 tons of ballast and a three-level braking system; and the M100E milling machine, designed for urban maintenance and also suitable for highways, featuring Moba leveling, iLink telematics, and a high-tech cutting system.

Expansion Strategy and Commitment to the Market

LiuGong’s portfolio expansion in paving adds to its already robust lineup, which includes wheel loaders, excavators, motor graders, compactors, and electric solutions. At Paving Expo 2025, the manufacturer is also showcasing equipment that connects with the segment, such as the internationally awarded 4215D motor grader, the 395E skid steer loader, the 820TE electric loader designed for zero-emission operations, as well as established models in the market, like the 6612E soil compactor.

The iLink telematics system is a key component of this strategy. Fully integrated into equipment and fleet management operations, iLink provides a significant leap in customer support. At LiuGong’s booth, visitors will be able to explore the technology’s potential in field management, including improved maintenance scheduling, reduced mean time to repair (MTTR), and proactive alerts for required servicing. Integration with the network of 12 distributors and 48 service points across Brazil makes the process more agile, enabling real-time monitoring of machines that require assistance.

According to Hebert Francisco, Vice President of LiuGong Latin America, entering the paving sector reflects the company’s long-term vision in Brazil. ‘We are growing consistently, and expanding our presence in this segment is a natural step. With huge demand for road infrastructure, Brazil has great potential, and we aim to provide solutions that deliver productivity, cost savings, and sustainability. This is another move that reinforces LiuGong’s confidence in the Brazilian market and its close relationship with our customers,’ states the Vice President.

The company’s strategy also includes ongoing investments in after-sales support, with nationwide coverage through trained distributors, skilled technical teams, and availability of genuine parts. ‘We do not release any equipment to the market without complete support preparation. Downtime is not an option for our customers,’ emphasizes Godinho. With this structure, LiuGong expands its ability to comprehensively serve the main segments of construction, paving, and road maintenance, consolidating its presence as one of the most innovative and rapidly expanding global manufacturers in Brazil.

E10, the company will present its 100% electric machinery solutions and
showcase a range of machines designed for the mining sector, with a special
focus on two new launches: the 886T wheel loader and the DW105A truck.
BRASMIN will take place from June 24 to 26 at the PUC Convention Center in
Goiânia (GO), Brazil.

According to LiuGong’s Senior Mining Manager, Mateus Rodrigues, the new
models are designed to meet the growing demand for fuel-efficient equipment
with high productivity. “Our presence at BRASMIN demonstrates our

reducing the total cost of operation,” says the executive.

According to Mateus Rodrigues, the new product launches mark a new phase

by offering tailor-made solutions for each industry segment. Starting with the
new wheel loader, it features an operating weight of 27.8 tons, a 322 hp
Cummins L9 engine, and a 5.2 m3 bucket. The DW105A, in turn, combines a
gross weight of 105 tons, a payload capacity of 70 tons, and a 36 m3 dump
body, delivering productivity and durability for heavy-duty operations in open-
pit mines.

The company’s booth will also feature the 9035E mini excavator, equipped with
a Yanmar engine and an optional zero-tail swing for confined job sites; and the

Belo Horizonte (MG),” he notes.

Throughout the three-day event, LiuGong’s technical and commercial teams,
along with its distributors, will be on hand to showcase the machines, discuss

on workshop facilities, and a proving ground, these centers provide the ideal
environment for the technical training of the service network. The company also
has a strong after-sales infrastructure: 22 distributors across Latin America —
12 of them in Brazil — with more than 40 strategically located branches,
ensuring over 98% national coverage and fast response to customer needs.

Complementing this ecosystem, the LiuGong Care channel connects
customers directly to the factory, prioritizing speed and effectiveness in problem
resolution.

iLink Telematics System
Offered at no additional cost to customers, the iLink system is fully integrated
with equipment and fleet management operations, providing a significant leap
forward in technology and customer support.

Currently, the system has evolved into a more proactive and comprehensive

complete “X-ray” of customers’ fleets. This initiative demonstrates LiuGong’s
commitment to strengthening its relationship with clients and identifying
opportunities for the sale of services and spare parts.

LiuGong’s distributors in Brazil have adopted the iLink system, using the
platform to optimize the management of equipment in the field. This process
has significantly improved maintenance scheduling and reduced the mean time
to repair (MTTR), with proactive alerts about upcoming service needs.

The facility brings together a showroom, parts warehouse, workshop, and technical training center, expanding its service capacity for customers in the construction, mining, and infrastructure sectors throughout much of the Northeast region.

For the manufacturer, the distributor’s new headquarters reinforces LiuGong’s commitment to the Brazilian market. “The Northeast is essential to LiuGong’s strategy in Latin America. Damaq shares our vision of putting the customer at the center, providing reliable solutions with the lowest total cost of ownership,” emphasized Hebert Francisco, Vice President of LiuGong in Brazil, during the inauguration of the new facility.

On the occasion, Damaq’s guests had the opportunity to get to know LiuGong machines, which are equipped with globally recognized components, such as Cummins engines, ZF or Kawasaki transmissions, and Rexroth hydraulic components, among others. Currently, LiuGong offers a wide portfolio of products and solutions aimed at the Construction, Industry, Mining, Agriculture, Material Handling, and Aerial Work Platforms segments. By the end of 2025, the company plans to launch more than one hundred new products, including a complete line of Paving Equipment and Crane Trucks.

This presentation is important as it demonstrates LiuGong’s commitment to using high-quality and reliable components in its equipment, which is a significant differentiator in the heavy machinery market. “The new facilities accommodate a larger showroom and allow us to offer even faster after-sales response and immediate equipment availability,” said Danilo Freire, CEO of Damaq.

Danilo Freire highlights that LiuGong’s portfolio supports the Northeast’s diverse economy: in Sergipe, it serves oil and gas; in Alagoas, it supports sugarcane and tourism; in Pernambuco, it drives the automotive hub and Suape port; in Rio Grande do Norte, it supports wind energy; in Paraíba, it keeps up with road expansion linked to textile and technology hubs; and in Piauí, it ensures productivity for grain agribusiness and solar energy projects, proving that the manufacturer offers the right machine for every reality.

Merger between Romac and MPM Marks a New Expansion Scenario for LiuGong

The manufacturer strengthens its presence in Brazil by expanding its portfolio and after-sales support across 95% of the country.

LiuGong distributors, Romac and MPM, announce the merger of their operations in southern Brazil. The areas previously served by Romac, covering part of Paraná and all of Santa Catarina, will now be served by MPM, which will take over the distribution and after-sales services for the manufacturer, continuing the growth project of both companies in partnership with the brand.

Founded in 2005, MPM Tratores brings almost two decades of experience in the heavy machinery, parts, and services market, operating primarily in Rio Grande do Sul. In 2023, the company expanded into western Santa Catarina with the opening of a branch in Chapecó, reinforcing its commitment to providing fast and reliable support to customers across southern Brazil.

To strengthen this new phase, MPM incorporates Romac’s structure and enhances its team with the experience of professionals like Patrick Motta and Robson Motta. Patrick built a 23-year career in strategic sales and market development, leading commercial teams and driving significant results for various global brands in the construction segment. Robson Motta, in turn, has 16 years of experience leading MPM Tratores, where he has stood out for his strategic management and product development.

MPM’s founder, Hercilio Motta Neto, who is recognized for his 40 years of experience and leadership in the sector, comments on the merger: “Romac is a strong brand in the region, and the merger of our businesses is a path for our growth, based on quality products and customer relationships.”

According to LiuGong’s Senior Product and Marketing Manager, Diego Zolezi, the merger represents an opportunity to combine MPM’s operational expertise with Romac’s successful track record, bringing benefits to customers, partners, and employees. The two organizations will now share infrastructure, parts inventory, and fleet, ensuring high-quality service in the Paraná and Santa Catarina markets.

Zolezi adds that the distributors’ merger coincides with a new strategic movement for LiuGong in Brazil. “We are expanding our product line in the country and entering new markets. We believe the strengthening of distributor operations comes at a great time for the brand’s growth,” concludes the Senior Manager, noting that 95% of Brazil’s territory is supported by LiuGong’s distributor network.

LiuGong Celebrates Success at Agrishow 2025 with New ElectricEquipment and Record Sales

During the five-day event, the company’s booth welcomed clients and visitors
eager to explore the latest product launches

Campinas, May 5, 2025 – LiuGong’s participation in the 30th edition of
Agrishow marked the most successful in the company’s history in Brazil.
Attending Latin America’s largest agricultural technology trade fair for the third
time, the heavy equipment manufacturer showcased fourteen new products —
including the spotlight electric wheel loader 856H-E Sugar Cane — and
concluded the event with a 90% increase in sales compared to 2024, more than
doubling its original goal of 40%.

“This Agrishow will be a milestone in our journey,” said Hebert Francisco, Vice
President of LiuGong Brazil. “The public embraced our electric solutions for
agribusiness: the 856H-E Sugar Cane loader, the T-series loaders, electric mini
excavators, zero-emission aerial platforms and forklifts, as well as wheeled
excavators and other diesel-powered equipment. We welcomed returning
customers from previous editions who shared positive results and expanded
their fleets, and we opened doors with new partners eager to co-create
technology with us. It was a leap not only in sales but in the definitive market
acceptance of our products,” he celebrated.

LiuGong’s electrification strategy is aligned with the company’s global
positioning, which aims to expand sustainable and autonomous equipment
solutions by 2030, supported by specialized technical assistance. “Brazilian
agribusiness needs innovation and committed partners. We are ready for this
challenge and will intensify our investments in research and development to
deliver, side by side with our clients, machines tailored to the demands of the
field,” Hebert emphasized.

Highlight: Sugarcane Equipment
Designed for sugar and ethanol plants, the 856H-E Sugar Cane electric wheel
loader features a 350 kWh CATL battery, which can be recharged in one hour
and twenty minutes. It maintains a 5,800 kg load capacity and includes an
enlarged nine-cubic-meter bucket, ensuring lower operating costs and zero
carbon emissions — all without compromising productivity.

Expanded Portfolio for Biomass and Internal Logistics
LiuGong also brought to the show the new 848T Sugar Cane loader, optimized
for light materials such as sugarcane bagasse, wood chips, and biomass, in
addition to mini excavators — the electric 9027FE and diesel-powered 906F —
the 918F hydraulic excavator, W915E wheeled excavator, forklifts ranging from
2.5 to 3.5 tons in electric and combustion versions, and lithium-ion batterypowered articulated and scissor lift platforms.

iLink Telemetry System
Embedded technology was also on LiuGong’s agenda at Agrishow 2025.
Known as iLink, the telemetry system is fully integrated with equipment and
fleet management operations, significantly enhancing customer support.

Visitors to LiuGong’s booth were able to see firsthand the system’s potential in
managing field operations. It brought significant improvements in maintenance
scheduling and reduced mean time to repair (MTTR), with proactive alerts for
upcoming service intervals. Integration with the company’s network of 12
dealers across Brazil enables real-time monitoring of machines in need of
assistance, streamlining the service process.

Strengthened Presence and Relationships
Throughout the five-day event, LiuGong welcomed a constant flow of visitors to
booth H15A, eager to explore the electric innovations and share field
experiences. Customers who had purchased machines in 2023 and 2024
returned to report positive performance and close new deals, showing that the
market is maturing toward low-impact environmental solutions.

With the success of Agrishow 2025, LiuGong reaffirms its commitment to
accelerating the energy transition in agribusiness and expanding after-sales
support, including specialized maintenance and technical training. “It is clear
that innovation, sustainability, and partnership go hand in hand. The response
we received at the show motivates us to invest even more to achieve new levels
of efficiency and profitability for our customers,” concluded Hebert Francisco.
