Multieixo Acquires Sarandi’s São Paulo Operations and Becomes LiuGong’s Exclusive Dealer in the State

Strategic move strengthens LiuGong’s presence in Brazil’s largest construction equipment market and reinforces its dealer network

Campinas, August 4, 2026 – LiuGong Latin America announces a new milestone in its expansion strategy in Brazil with the appointment of Multieixo Implementos Rodoviários Ltda. as the brand’s exclusive dealer in the state of São Paulo. The company has completed the acquisition of Sarandi Tratores’ operations in São Paulo and will now be responsible for the sales of LiuGong equipment, as well as genuine parts, technical assistance, and after-sales services in Brazil’s largest construction equipment market.

Founded in 1982, Multieixo brings more than four decades of experience in the Brazilian market, building a solid reputation based on excellence in sales, services, and technical support for the transportation and equipment industries. With the incorporation of the São Paulo operation, the company expands its footprint and assumes full responsibility for serving LiuGong customers throughout the state.

The transition has been carefully structured to ensure business continuity from day one, preserving customer relationships while initiating a new cycle of investments in infrastructure, employee training, parts availability, technical support, and operational capacity expansion.

“The evolution of our dealer network reflects LiuGong’s continued growth in Brazil. Multieixo strengthens our presence in São Paulo with its investment capacity and growth potential, while Sarandi will focus exclusively on the state of Paraná, further reinforcing its regional operations. This reorganization makes our dealer network even better prepared to support the continued growth of the LiuGong brand throughout the country,” said Hebert Francisco, Vice President of LiuGong Latin America.

According to Leonardo Fachini, Director of Multieixo, the acquisition represents a strategic step toward consolidating the company’s presence in the heavy equipment sector.

“We are taking over this operation with great respect for the history built alongside customers and for the excellent work carried out by Sarandi. Our commitment is to preserve this close relationship while expanding investments in people, infrastructure, technology, and after-sales support, contributing to the strengthening of the LiuGong brand in São Paulo and to the growth of our customers.”

According to Amadeu Martinelli, Director of Multieixo’s Equipment Business Unit, the company’s priority is to ensure a safe and transparent transition for customers while maintaining uninterrupted operations from the very first day.

To achieve this, Multieixo is reinforcing its structure in São Paulo through investments in parts inventory, technical service, employee training, and expanded service capacity, providing LiuGong customers with even greater agility and proximity.

According to Odauro C. Vitoriano, Director of Sarandi Tratores, this operation marks a new chapter for the company.

“We have built a remarkable history alongside LiuGong in São Paulo and are grateful for the trust our customers have placed in us throughout this journey. We will now concentrate our investments in Paraná, continuing to represent LiuGong with the same commitment, dedication, and customer focus that have always defined our company. At the same time, we will provide all the necessary support to ensure a smooth and well-organized transition in São Paulo.”

For customers, the transition will be seamless. Genuine parts supply, specialized technical support, and after-sales services will remain fully available throughout the transition process, ensuring business continuity and maintaining the high standards of service that characterize LiuGong’s dealer network.

The electric equipment lineup includes the 820TE electric wheel loader, featuring a
2,000 kg rated payload, a 1.2 m3 bucket, and a 70.5 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP)
battery. With an approximate charging time of 70 minutes, the machine is designed

out for its tight turning radius, while the 4215D combines a 217 hp Cummins engine,

LiuGong Brings Together More Than 1,200 Participants from 50 Countries at Global Customer Day 2026 in China

The LiuGong Latin America delegation, composed of approximately 40 executives, dealers, and customers, attended the event held in Liuzhou, which marked the launch of the global Zero-Carbon Smart Mining Solution and celebrated the 60th anniversary of the brand’s first wheel loader.

On May 31, LiuGong held the sixth edition of its Global Customer Day in Liuzhou, China, bringing together more than 1,200 customers, dealers, partners, industry experts, and media representatives from over 50 countries and regions. With a focus on mining, electrification, and digital transformation, the event showcased the manufacturer’s latest advancements aimed at delivering more efficient, intelligent, and low-carbon operations.

LiuGong Latin America participated in the event with a delegation of approximately 40 people, including regional leadership, dealers, and customers from across Latin America. In addition to attending the technical sessions of the Global Customer Day, the delegation visited LiuGong’s manufacturing facilities in Changzhou and Liuzhou, the Hengli plant—one of the world’s leading manufacturers of hydraulic systems—and the Cummins facility, providing a comprehensive overview of the company’s global equipment development and manufacturing ecosystem.

Smart mining solutions were the central theme of the event, which also celebrated the 60th anniversary of LiuGong’s first wheel loader. The technical program began with the Smart Mining Solutions Global Summit, followed by presentations of the company’s mining solutions portfolio, equipment exhibitions, live demonstrations, test drives, and guided tours of the LiuGong Global Innovation Center.

One of the event’s key announcements was the official launch of the Zero-Carbon Smart Mining Solution, a platform designed to integrate electric equipment, intelligent technologies, digital management, and lifecycle services into a single mining solution. This initiative reinforces LiuGong’s global strategy of helping mining companies reduce carbon emissions while improving productivity, operational safety, and efficiency.

The exhibition featured more than 150 machines, with approximately half of them being electric equipment, highlighting LiuGong’s rapid progress in the electrification of construction and mining machinery. During live demonstrations, customers and dealers witnessed electric wheel loaders, autonomous mining equipment, and other solutions developed for high-demand applications.

Another symbolic highlight of the event was the delivery of LiuGong’s 600,000th wheel loader, a milestone that coincides with the 60th anniversary of the company’s wheel loader product line. This achievement reinforces LiuGong’s position among the world’s leading heavy equipment manufacturers and reflects the continuous evolution of its engineering expertise and industrial capabilities.

In addition to the technology presentations, the Customer Day also served as the stage for the signing of strategic agreements with international partners and for recognizing customers and dealers who achieved outstanding performance over the past year, further strengthening LiuGong’s relationship with its global dealer network.
