Mozart Pádua reinforces the commercial team and Wilson Soler Filho is
promoted to new business management
Campinas (SP), June 11, 2025 – LiuGong, a world reference in the
manufacture of heavy equipment, announces the expansion of the team
to sustain the fast pace of growth in Brazil. Mozart Pádua, who has more than
two decades of experience in the heavy machinery, agricultural and truck
markets, was hired to occupy the position of senior sales manager.
Pádua takes over the management of the Bidding areas, Final Customers and,
now, also the Distributor Network. With solid experience in the machinery and
equipment sector, he led commercial rental operations throughout the national
territory, with a portfolio of more than 1,200 assets. Throughout his career, he
has worked in brands such as Fiat, Volkswagen, Peugeot, Ford, Volkswagen
Trucks/Buses, Hyundai and John Deere. He was responsible for the creation of
go-to-market strategies, team building and national expansion in strategic
segments such as infrastructure, agribusiness, mining, forestry and sanitation.

and expand the brand’s participation throughout the Brazilian territory”, says
the executive.
At the same time, Wilson Soler Filho assumes the newly created position of
senior manager of New Business, with the mission of identifying opportunities,
developing partnerships and cultivating high-level relationships with
stakeholders. “The new position allows me to dedicate 100% of my time to
opening fronts that maintain LiuGong’s accelerated growth, with the customer
at the center of all initiatives”, comments Soler Filho.
According to the vice president of LiuGong Brazil, Hebert Francisco, the
changes reinforce the commitment to commercial performance with a focus on
the customer and sustainable growth. “The new configuration is in line with the
manufacturer’s strategy for an even more solid and strategic presence in the
market, while enhancing our relationship and sales intelligence fronts”,
concludes Hebert Francisco.
