São Paulo, June 4, 2024 — LiuGong, a reference in the heavy equipment manufacturing industry, confirms its participation in the Analoc Rental Show 2024, which will be held from July 2 to 4 at the Riocentro, Rio de Janeiro (RJ). At booth 63, LiuGong will showcase its solutions for the equipment rental market, highlighting the CPD30-EJL electric forklift and the LSC1212DE scissor-type aerial work platform.

At the company’s booth, visitors to the Analoc Rental Show will be able to learn about the CPD30-EJL electric forklift, with a capacity of 3 tons. This model uses a lithium-ion battery with a 5-year warranty and an estimated lifespan of up to 10 years. The specific charger for the forklift enables fast charging, in up to 1.5 hours, depending on the electrical installation conditions. With the Cascade side fork positioner, the forklift offers versatility for operations in both indoor and outdoor environments, meeting the needs of the rental market.

The manufacturer will also exhibit the LSC1212DE aerial work platform, with electric traction and a working height of 14 meters, equipped with an alternating current (AC) traction motor, maintenance-free lead-acid battery, and a built-in charger, ensuring efficiency and safety in operations. This equipment is ideal for building and industrial maintenance, logistics, construction, among other applications, providing a versatile solution for challenges at elevated heights.

LiuGong’s team will be available to present visitors with other solutions compatible with the rental segment, such as skid steer loaders, mini excavators, and other models of aerial platforms and forklifts. The event brought together customers, prospects and partners related to mining, in Passa Tempo (MG)

Passa Tempo (MG), June 2024 – LiuGong, a global reference in the manufacture of machinery for construction, mining and agriculture, begins na intense cycle of demonstrations of the 856H-E electric loader, which is the first electric equipment presented by the manufacturer in Brazil. The program of these events began on June 13, Thursday, in the city of Passa Tempo (MG) and was hosted by the steel industry, Ferlig, bringing together mining players.

For 30 days, the electric wheel loader worked in Ferlig’s yard, moving industrial dolomitic limestone. “After this period, demonstrating operational excellence, we compiled the main performance indicators of the 856H-E and compared them with similar diesel equipment, which also worked on this movement,” explained LiuGong Product Manager Diego Zolezi.

According to the Product Manager, the 856H-E electric wheel loader recorded a productivity of 493 tons/hour, with a battery life of 8 hours and 1.2 hours of charging. The equipment consumed 38.61 KW/h. In practice, this result translates into fuel savings of up to 3 ratio, in addition to reducing maintenance costs by up to 50%.

“The electrical equipment stands out for the lower operating cost combined with the torque of the motors, which respond quickly with maximum performance in loading and unloading movements. The electrification of fleets is a trend in several sectors, as an option for more sustainable operations with fewer emissions and noise”, analyzes Diego Zolezi.

The 856H-E is equipped with a lithium battery pack manufactured by Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL), type Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP), which provides 350 kWh of energy storage and fast recharging in just 1.5 hours, depending on electrical installation conditions, enabling up to 10 hours of operation. The 856H-E loader has an operating weight of 19,971 kg and a 3.5 m³ bucket, with a load capacity of up to 5,800 kg.

In addition to the quality of the equipment, the manufacturer has a wide network of 21 distributors in Latin America, 12 of which are distributors in Brazil with more than 40 service units strategically positioned with a coverage that exceeds 98% of the national territory for quick response to customer demands.
